SMITH OWNER OPERATORS

• Mileage: $0.91/mile loaded or empty
• Short Haul Pay: $75.00 minimum per load
• Stops: First Stop, $50.00, Second Stop, $75.00, Third Stop Plus, $100.00 
• Detention Pay: $36.00 per hour, after 2 hours (Paid in 15 minute increments of $9.00), maximum of $288.00
• New York City: $75.00 for deliveries into the five boroughs and Long Island
• Fuel Price Protection Program: Customer fuel surcharge is passed on 
• Tolls: Reimbursement on all authorized tolls with receipt 
• Base Plates: Base plates and permits paid 
• Satellite: No-cost Satellite installation and usage
• Other Compensation: $75.00 hand unload or approved lumper with receipt, $25.00 pallet pull off
• Escrow: Owner Operator pays $75.00 per week, up to $1,000.00
