LIFE AT SMITH – LIFE AS A DRIVER
The rules:
A) A new driver must give the Smith driver’s name prior to attending orientation
B) Both driver and referral must be employed at Smith when the bonus is paid
C) Each month an added bonus will be given to the driver who has referred the most new drivers
1st Payment:
$150 is paid when the referral delivers his or her first load
2nd Payment:
$350 is paid when the referral has completed 30 days of employment
3rd Payment:
$500 is paid when the referral has been employed 100 days
